Hmmm... looks good. Though the helmet looks weird Also for the future designs skip the helmet on Female version.
Also I think you could make a ghost like human silhouette and place the each armor you draw on the silhouette. That way I believe it would be easier for you to work and for us to see where the armor goes and how it looks.
And the female shouldn't be altered much. Stay with the same style just make it, well, with feminine forms
